All of this is put together in a program that genuinely mixes martial arts in an unprecedented manner.

MKG Blend was designed to:

1 – Give you a solid cardiovascular workout
2 – Improve the body’s mobility and flexibility
3 – Help you develop your coordination
4 – Relieve stress and gain energy

Each class begins with a warm-up through coordination and exchange-based drills (working with a partner) and progress into more interactive and intense drills, such as hitting pads with kicks, knees, and elbows.
