MKG Boxing is a practical boxing class concentrating on footwork, partner drills, circuit training and focus mitts. You will get a great workout while developing strong boxing fundamentals, solid defensive structure and good striking mechanics in a recreational setting. Our goals for this program are to give you a great workout and sharpen your body mechanics. Whether you are brand new to martial arts or looking to hone your boxing skills to support the other martial arts we teach, this class will deliver!
What to Expect During Class
In other words, come to class prepared to sweat, work hard and learn some exciting ways to hit and not get hit. With regular practice, you will quickly develop improved timing, distance and agility—not to mention endurance. All experience and fitness levels are welcome!
